  After the filling out the online application please hand in your documents to Ms. van Baasbank at the International Service Desk.

• Flight Information:
  Please find the most recent information about flight terms at www.inec.org/ISU/flightinfo.htm.
  A flight to San Jose departing from a major airline hub (e.g. Amsterdam) within Europe will be offered at a reduced group rate. The intraeuropean flight has to be arranged separately by the students. Flight offers will be communicated after nomination.
  
  Students also have the options of booking their flights separately. In this case students are asked to be in San Jose by the official starting date and to transmit the flight information as soon as possible to [email protected]. Only then an airport pick up can be arranged. Please contact the program coordinators for further information or support.

Accreditation

• Every student will receive a grade report from ULACIT University. The Credit Transfer is based upon ECTS and grades will be accepted by Swiss Management Center. Please contact Mr. Schmelczer for further information.
